I suffer from chronic acid reflux and I know someone who will be the successfully treated without medication. I took Zantac and Omeprazole, but not as side effects. It's me, I fear, something to eat. I eat foods that are not by acid, water and herbal teas, but I wake up every night. Refrain from eating or after 6pm. Suggestions, please, not anyone trying to sell this information. Thanks
