and confirmed by the blocking of the pump outlet. Check the pipes and the pump (it is transparent) and found nothing.

You have probably tried ... but make sure that the dress is centered in the washing machine and not all one way or another. I used a washing machine when the clothes were out of balance that I hear the noise at the opposite end of my house. Hope this helps. Good luck!
